Benchmark Psychiatric Services is a mental health organization dedicated to the provision of child, adult, geriatric and family wellness. We offer comprehensive outpatient psychiatric and counseling services to our clients. Sessions are currently provided through our offices in Orland Park, IL and via our secure telehealth platform. We strive to provide a multidisplinary approach to the assessment and treatment of emotional, behavioral and cognitive difficulties.

SCOPE
- Perform initial formal assessments in the outpatient setting.
- Indepently determine the clinical modality to utilize in treatment of the patient and frquency of sessions.
- Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy in the outpatient setting.
- Provide feedback to the person served, family, and clinical team with regard to emotional and issues and their practical application.
- Provide training to the persons receiving services and, as appropriate, all others involved in their care.
- Analyze and document results of sessions.
- Provide psychotherapy and education to the person receiving services and family regarding the adjustment process and programmatic outcome.
- Provide weekly supervision to other staff per discipline requirements, as assigned.
- Lead groups in accordance with the appropriate group dynamics.
- Reports to the Director of Clinical Cousleing

Requirements
- Doctorate or Masters in the appropriate discipline from an approved program.
- Successful completion of an accredited internship.
- Appropriate Illinois state license (in good standing), or eligible for licensure.
- Professional membership in relevant professional organization(s) a plus
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Will consider Excellent LPC & LSW candidates.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families & other staff.
